Position Scope/Objectives:

- The role will take responsibility for doing product safety lab testing of all project. we use SGS, BV,and ITS to do product safety testing. And be able to work closely with suppliers to give technical support for product testing; Also able to work closely with USA head office to report testing process and status. Be able to work closely with SGS/BV/ITS laboratory to arrange samples for testing and push them to issue the testing report ASAP.


Responsibilities:

- Review all new products and prepare testing plans to both suppliers and head office.
- Work with merchandisers and vendors on all projects to conduct evaluations and testing needed to confirm full compliance to all applicable mandatory standards and customer-specified requirements;
- Coordinate sample submissions for lab testing
- Conduct analysis of failures encountered during pre-production evaluations/inspections/end-use and follow-up corrective action implementation;
- Require collaborate with BU, PD, Sourcing and other operation team on product testing;
- Any other task assigned by Manager;

Qualifications(Minimum):

- University graduated or above;
- At least 3 years' engineering working experiences at field of gift product;
- Very familiar with safety and test standard of USA market;
- Very familiar with configuration of product, working principle and production status, especial on promotion items
- Experiences in working for a trading company environment or manufactory;

- Good English on both of writing and reading and good oral English is preferable;
Testing coordinate

１：对公司每张的订单，发送相对应的测试要求给相关工厂
２：当测试样到达第三方测试行后，常用的测试行有SGS,BV,TUV,ITS,并及时与他们联系，催促报价和报告
3：对第三方的报告进行审核，对报告中出现的问题，需及时与工厂和第三方进行沟通
