Main Objectives :

*负责项目的财务，技术，计划及质量的管理
* Manage the commercial, technical, schedule and quality parts of a project.

* 控制工时，材料及供应商的成本，以确保项目的预算；
* Control labour, material and sub contract costs to ensure projects are completed
within budget.

* 向SNDA管理层及客户经常汇报沟通项目的进度，成本及技术问题等；
* Report regularly on project progress, costs and technical/commercial issues to SNDA
management and clients.

* 维护及改进客户关系；
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients through the duration of contracts and
long-term supply agreements.

* 根据客户的要求对项目进行询价及报价；
* Estimate and quote project variations and client enquiries.

* 确保不断更新及完善项目管理系统及流程；
* Ensure project management systems and procedures are developed, followed and
improved.

资质要求：
Qualifications

* 本科以上，机械制造或者化工类专业；
* University Degree - mechanical/chemical engineering.

* 英语听说读写熟练；
* Formal qualification in English.

* 有营销类学习经验更好；
* Formal qualification in business studies (preferred).

技能及经验：
Skills & Experience

* 10年以上压力容器或热交换器行业工作经验；
* Ten years experience in the pressure vessel/heat exchanger industry (project related).

* 5年的项目管理经验；
* Five years experience in project management.

* 有负责整个项目完整流程的能力；
* Capable of managing all parts of a project from start to finish.

* 较强的理解能力，能理解合同的所有商业及技术要求；
* Understanding of contract requirements and commercial conditions.

* 能够制定项目计划；
* Able to set up and manage project schedules.

* 熟悉GB或者ASME/TEMA 等行业标准；
* Familiar with GB and ASME/TEMA pressure vessel and heat exchanger Codes.

* 有维护客户关系的能力；
* Capable of building and managing client relationships.

* 有国际客户的处理经验；
* Experience working with international clients.

* 有报价询价的工作经验；
* Experience in preparing estimates and quotations
