PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB / 主要工作职责
As contact window with the existing customers for general affairs, keep negotiation with the customer and CVGS inside for orders fulfillment. Coordinate with operation departments in terms of customer concerns.
作为与现有客户处理日常事务的联系窗口，保持与客户和CVGS内部相关人员沟通协商顺利履行订单。针对客户的关注要求与各运营部门保持沟通协调。

MAJOR FUNCTIONS/岗位职责
-Collect orders and forecasts from all CVGS customers and make confirmation to each customer of the order receipt.
收集和整理CVGS现有客户的销售订单和销售预测；并与每一位客户做订单接收的最终确定。
-Generate CVGS monthly orders & forecasts for the following 5 months and keep it updated and released to all relevant depts. on a monthly basis. 生成CVGS 月度订单统计和预计下5个月的销售预测；以月度订单统计为基础使之保持信息持续更新并及时通知相关部门。
-Make the review with production dept on every week Thursday. for the next week’ delivery plan. 每周四与生产部门例会审核下一星期的交付计划。
-Generate official Sales Order’s to logistics & warehouse dept. and coordinate with Logistics dept. to book containers.
生成正式销售订单并下放给物流和仓储部门（物料部），与物料部的物流人员沟通预订运输货柜。
-Input each S.O onto Axapta system. 在Axapta系统中输入销售订单。
-After the goods dispatched, send the shipping doc. to each customer and to CVGS Finance dept. for official invoice release. 发运货物后，将货运单及时发送给客户，同时告知公司（CVGS）财务部门一边发票及时开出。
-Work closely with Quality dept. and resolve for all the quality concerns reported by each customer. 针对客户质量问题的反馈与公司质量部门保持紧密的沟通并及时解决。
-Send monthly sales forecast end of every month for the following month and weekly sales forecast every Friday for the following week to Finance Dept. of KAB U.K and CVGS and copy to CVGS senior management. 于每月的月终制定下月的销售预计，每周五制定下周的销售预计，并发送告知给财务部门、KAB UK 及CVGS 相关部门，同时抄送CVGS高级管理层知悉。
-Send weekly report (Delivery Performance & airfreight cost) to CVGS senior management every week Tuesday. 每周周二发送周报表（包括货物交付履行情况和货物空运费）给CVGS高级管理层知悉。
-Keep updating the database of CVGS delivery performance to each customer and send to CVGS Operation Director end of every month. 每月底将持续更新的CVGS货物交付履行情况的数据报表发送给相应客户，并同时发送给CVGS运营总监知悉。
-Support sales activities when necessary. 协助销售部门销售业绩的达成。
-Boast of deep insight in market and strong analytical ability. 具有明锐的市场洞察力和分析能力。
-Strong customer service focus, combined with a pro-active ‘can-do’ attitude.较强的服务意识和积极主动的工作态度。
-Excellent problem solving, decision making, good coaching skills and communication skills; Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; / 优秀的问题解决能力，能果断决策；以及优秀的谈判技巧和沟通能力。
-Efficient time management skill and have high working self-consciousness and s team-cooperation spirit. Can work under pressure; / 优秀的时间管理能力, 具有高度的工作自觉性和责任感,拥有强烈团队协作精神。
-Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. 优秀的英文沟通和书写能力。
-Complete tasks as assigned by manager / 完成部门经理交代的其他工作任务。
