M Restaurant Group is seeking a sales & marketing manager for its premium Shanghai properties, M Glamour Bar and M on the Bund.
米氏餐饮集团正寻觅一位销售&市场经理服务于旗下上海魅力酒吧及米氏西餐厅两处高级餐饮场所。

Duties:
Coordination of all aspects of private dining and private events, from initial inquiry to event execution.
Proactive sales of private dining and events
Coordination of private dining & events marketing collateral and liaising with PR and design agencies to produce the collateral.

工作职责：
协调安排私人用餐及派对活动的一切事务，包括从前期咨询到活动执行。
私人用餐及各类活动的积极推广
协调安排私人用餐及各类活动的市场营销工作，与公关及设计公司合作进行衍生产品的制做。

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in F&B and hospitality in Shanghai in a similar role, with a minimum of three to five years in a management role and a proven track record. Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. Candidates should be personable and outgoing, able to work independently and as a part of a team. International experience is an asset.
Salaries are competitive, and will be commensurate with experience.

岗位要求：
成功的候选人需要拥有良好的上海餐饮和酒店行业类似职位工作背景，至少3－5年管理层工作经验及相关证明。
必须具有流利的中、英语书写能力及口语能力。
性格开朗，赋有人格魅力，能够独立开展工作，具有团队意识。
拥有国外工作经历优先录用
待遇从优，具体视应聘者经验而定
