RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Review and approve samples to ensure that they meet product specifications

- Review samples such as style, construction, workmanship, quality, measurement and write sample comments;

- Approve sample specifications and quality;

- Identify and resolve potential safety standard issues such as construction and colorization;

- Discuss comments and improvement areas with factories and merchandisers.

2) Provide technical advice and support to factories, technical team members and designers

- Explain brand requirements, key points and comments to factories;

- Identify and resolve potential issues of samples;

- Discuss alternatives with factories based on brand comments;

- Provide guidance on materials, fitting, specifications and construction;

- Provide technical advice and suggestions to factories to improve their performance and capability.

3) Provide technical control to factories and technical staff

- Update factories on the brand requirements;

- Discuss work progress and issues / difficulties encountered with merchandisers.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor Degree in textile or garment technology;

2.Around 10 years in apparel technology area with apparel manufacturer, buying office/agent and trader;

3.Knowledgeable of apparel technology and quality standard, textile material, production, QA and compliance;

4.Very familiar with supplier communication and cooperation for apparel manufacturing in China area;

5.A team player who can give full effort to meeting brand's technique and quality standard;

6.Open to Listen to others and ask questions to obtain needed information and flexible to coordinate among relevant parties to resolve problem issues;

7.Good time management skills to allow sufficient time to complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines;

8.Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility;

9.Intermediate computer skills, Good command of English skills both in verbal and written form, used to working in an English speaking international environment.
