Main Task:
? Implement plans to achieve business objectives in China as well as across the ASPAC Region.
? Apply innovation knowledge to local/ASPAC team and to maximize use of Danisco products
? Develop cutting edge solutions to Western type bakery products and Chinese foods
. Optimize customer solution by new product developement, cost reduction, trouble shooting, and quality improvement
. Ability to work Oils and Fats industry field to maximum present of Danisco solutions and products
. Lab testing and business travel are required for go to market approach

Qualification:
. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
. Willing to take challenge with innovative creativity
. Minimum BS Degree in Science, Food or related discipline with minimum 5 years working experience.
. Good track records of product development or commercial successes
. Ability to speak and write English and Chinese
