工作职责：
Main Responsibilities:

1. Ensures to reach assigned sales budget; 确保完成销售预算
2. Develops and maintains relationships with allocated key customers. 开发并维护和相关大客户的关系。
3. Monitors customer stocks to give accurate sales forecast and negotiates prices with customers to maximize sales turnover and company’s profits; 督导客户提供较准确的销售预算，和客户谈判销售价格以便取得更高的销售额和利润。
4. Continues to follow customer’s new product development and existing product improvement, coordinates to win customer projects. 持续关注客户的新产品发展和现有产品的改良方案，积极配合各个部门来赢取项目。
5.Prepare & submit the Weekly reports, Call reports, Monthly report on the business activities on time; Responsible to establish customer data base, maintains pipelines and other required system works;
及时交周报告，访客报告，月报告。并且及时将最新客户信息维护到公司系统上。
6. Responsible to collect payments from assigned customers.
确保相关客户汇款回笼准时。
7. Other works assigned by line manager 完成直接上司所分配的任务。

Qualifications:
1. more than 3 years relative working experience in bakery industry 三年以上烘焙行业相关研发或销售经验
2. Familar wih the bakery channel 熟悉烘焙行业销售渠道
3. Bachelor's Degree with major in Food Science or other food related discipline. 本科以上学历，食品相关专业
4. Good in both Chinese and English 流利的中英文口语和书写
5. Passional, conscientious, energetic, team player 热情，尽职，积极，富有团队合作精神
