Job Purpose

The Social Media Assistant lends support to the Social Media Manager by assisting with social media community building and management. Social Media Assistant also supports digital campaign planning and execution.

Responsibilities

1.Support the development and execution of exciting and well-integrated marketing strategies and online campaigns for up to 3 clients.

2.Social media content management- source, translate, schedule and post content on social media platforms and clients’ websites

3.Manage and secure partnerships with required media partners/KOLs/ bloggers/celebrities for up to 3 clients. Communicate closely with Account Manager in terms of marketing budget.

4.Build and effectively manage clients’ online community and ensure constant engagement with online followers.

5.xplore and implement cross-promotional activities where needed to drive additional value for up to 3 clients.

6.Actively share trending topics, industry news and best practice with team.

7.Communicate with video, design and technical where required

Skills required

1. Attention to detail

2. Previous Marketing experience and background a plus

3. Ability to manage tasks efficiently and multitask

4. Previous travels or strong knowledge of cities across the United States a plus

5. Bilingual ability in both English and Chinese a plus

6. Has Chinese social media account(s) a plus

7. Proven experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

8. Proactive, organized, and solid work ethic that values quality
