工作职责

1：负责建立并执行公司品质体系；
2：负责供应商来料产品的质量；
3：负责生产线产品的质量管控；
4：负责与供应商及顾客品质问题的沟通；
5：负责不良产品问题的持续改进；


任职要求

1：全日制大学本科，机械设计制造类专业优先；
2：5年及以上质量主管及经理工作经验；
3：具备一定的培训能力及经验及ERP系统操作；
4：英语流利，懂法语者优先；



Quality Manager

Main responsibilities :
As the quality representative, you will be in charge to ensure the conformity of products compared to the definition, the definition and the implementation of the quality system and any other requirements as specified by the Group Quality Management and the Group Industrial Division.


Your main responsibilities will include for example :
1、 Setting up the quality system
2、Ensure the quality of incoming parts
3、Ensure the quality of products manufactured by the Company
4、Management of the relationship on quality with suppliers and customers
5、 Propose any possible action to improve quality
6、Implement any procedure or method to improve customer service
You will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Your profile :
You must be fluent in Chinese and English. Knowledge of French language would be a plus.
You must have a technical training, be able to use ERP systems and have excellent knowledge on world quality standards. Experience in a similar position for at least five years is required.

钧泰（上海）精密金属制品有限公司是一家瑞士独资企业，坐落于奉贤区闵行出口加工区内，公司总部在瑞士已经有100多年的制表经验。公司的产品面向高端手表行业且产品100%出口到国外市场。钧泰为一个著名的奢侈品集团下属的一个子公司，为多数著名手表品牌提供产品。厂区面积4000平方米，车间和办公室拥有宽敞明亮的工作环境。拥有冲压、数控、清洗、镜面加工、表面处理、电镀、印刷、组装等多个车间，钧泰现有员工200多人，公司主要设计生产各类与手表相关的产品。现由于公司规模不断的扩大以及生产需要招聘各类人才。
