Job Purpose

The position is responsible for overseeing the quality of engagement on clients’ sports community platform. This will include driving conversations, leading discussions and ensuring the product is delivering on its promises.

Responsibilities

1.Engage with key online sports KOLs, media and partners to learn more about the sports community, communicate news, share information in sports market, and drive product innovation.

2.Keep community updated on official news, games-related information and activities related to brands.

3.Create new methods to increase followers (i.e. weibo) by measuring effectiveness of engaging activities/marketing campaigns.

4.Maintain high engagement with community members. Provide feedback in a timely manner if necessary.

5.Report on community members and market reactions to campaigns; ensure timely adjustment of campaign executions to meet changing client and market needs.

6.Report weekly results to management related to community platform statistics, conversions to and social media numbers.

7.Look for cross-promotional activities, partner websites and others to create co-branded marketing opportunities.

8. Achieve and continuously improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the project.

Experience and Knowledge

- Must be up to date with recent English Premier League and general sports news

- Be intuitive to make quick decisions regarding content (if appropriate or not)

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

- At least 1 year of internship or work experience

- Be proactive with ideas, innovations and changes to improve

- Attention to detail

- Enthusiastic in general

SALARY: Negotiable.
