职位描述
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accountant is responsible for the full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial and management reports.
We ONLY can accept English resume.
I. Expenses
- Checks expenses & travelling claim form and have petty cash report & travelling Exp. report ready.
- Prepares payment slip, go to bank for payment settlement and update bank register duly.
- Collects signed SO/PO from merchandiser of China Orders.
- Collects VAT invoice from factory in time.
- Verifies VAT invoice in tax bureau before deadline.
- Issues VAT invoice to client after goods shipped. Ensures the content of VAT invoice compliance to PO from client, Order Details & Packing List from HK shipping department, Delivery Note from factory.
- Follows up client’s payment tightly & prepare purchase order payment documents for factories.
- Update sales list weekly.
- Other general accounting duties as assigned.
II. Taxation
- Prepares monthly IIT returns & processes tax declaration
- Prepares monthly VAT returns & processes tax declaration
- Prepares quarterly CIT returns & processes tax declaration
- Other tax issue as assigned
III. Annual Filing
- Annual tax filing implementation
- Keeps good filing of ALL docs.in accounting dept.
- Collects testing documents from ITS/BV/SGS DHL parcel delivery list and send to HK office per month. Eg.Original Invoice, Invoice Attachment & Monthly Statement.
V. Admin & HR
- Monitor admin & HR job and provide help in case needed.
Requirements :
1. University degree or above on accounting & financial major.
2. Have accounting qualification certificate.
3. Have 5 years or above working experience.
4. Have knowledge & operating experience on Kindgee accounting software.
5. Have knowledge & operating experience on Golden Tax System.
6. Have knowledge & operating experience on E-TAX System.
7. Good in English: speaking,reading & written English.
8. Computer-literate, standard computer usage,email, office.
9. Open & friendly, flexible & capable of multi-tasking.
10. Experience in working for an international company.
