职位描述
Experienced Project Coordinator Required
诚聘有经验的项目协调工程师
Requirements:
要求：
1.机械类本科以上学历；
2.三年以上机械行业项目管理或协调经验；
3.负责制定项目进度计划；组织、协调并执行项目成立直至竣工验收的全部环节，包括：
a.负责项目组内部、项目组于公司内其他部门、项目组于客户及第三方向的协调工作，如资源配置、进度协调、质量 控制及人员调配等；
b.制定项目管理流程，并监督执行；
c.协调组织召开项目进展会议；
d.协调并解决项目中出现的其他问题。
4.熟练应用三维设计软件Catia 或 Solid Works 其中一种及二维设计软件 Auto CAD；
5.流畅的英语读写听说能力，要求CET-6或以上；
6.熟悉电脑操作及各种办公常用软件，如Word, Excel, PPT, Project；
7.能够在项目现场进行非标设备的安装、调试和改造等工作；
8.熟悉气路者优先；
9.良好的计划和执行、协调和人际沟通能力；能够适应国内外出差，吃苦耐劳；
10.积极主动，具备团队意识，高度的责任心，能够承受较大的工作压力。
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical;
2.3 years or above in mechanical project management or coordination;
3.Be responsible for making project schedule; to organize, coordinate and implement the process from the establishment of project to the completion till final acceptance, including:
A.Coordination of project team internally, project team and other depts of the Company, project team and customer or the third party, such as resouce allocation, project progress coordination,quality control and personnel assignment etc.;
B.In charge of the formulation of the project management processes and supervise the implementation;
C.Organization and coordination of holding meetings on project progress;
D.To resolve other problems in the project;
4.Proficient in 3D either Catia or Solid Works and 2D Auto CAD;
5.Be able to listen, speak, read and write English fluently, CET 6 or ablve;
6.Be familiar with computer and all kinds of OA softwares such as Word, Excel, PPT, Project;
7.Can conduct installation, commissioning and modification of non-standard equipment on project site;
8.Familiar with pneumatic circuit is preferred;
9.Capabilities of good planning and implementation, coordination and interpersonal communication; Can adapt to travel home and abroad, be capable of hard work;
10.Proactive, teamwork player, responsible, can work under great work pressure.
