岗位要求

1. 30岁以上, 专科以上学历，2年以上管理经历
2. 曾在出租车公司，物流公司，汽车租赁公司，或其它企事业单位担任人员管理，调度，或培训等工作
3. 或在其它服务性行业的公司，门店从事管理，培训工作，有二年以上经验
4. 有丰富的人员管理经验，优秀的组织能力，及应付紧情况，处理突发事件的能力
5. 可以熟练使用各种电脑办公软件，有很强的沟通能力
6. 能适应夜间工作环境和性质
7. 家庭稳定, 无不良嗜好，有开拓创业精神

工作内容

1. 帮助公司制定管理制度，落实公司发展计划，运营策略
2. 协助公司招聘，培训，管理业务员人员队伍
3. 完成公司安排的其它工作
