Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for assisting sales people to visit clients, answering technical questions, and collecting clients’ needs, in order to drive and assist sales to achieve overall sales quota.
2. According to technical regulations, responsible for making pre-sales solutions.
3. Provide technical sales support in all assigned sales opportunities
4. Responsible for creating SOW and technical addendums for contracts
5. SME (Subject Matter Expert) for designated data center
6. Review and cross-check all material coming from Design and Construction team
7. Updating sales opportunities and activities in CRM, provide weekly pre-sales reports to Sales Director, ensure that the on time feedbacks of sales information
8. Assist marketing by preparing technical documents to provide strong support to marketing team.
9. Responsible to finish other work assigned by superior.

Requisition:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, an MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
2. Typically 3-5 or more years of experience in the IT Industry or Real Estate selling.
3. Prior sales experience of Pre-Sales personnel and/or personnel with demonstrable Customer/Prospect interaction a plus.
4. High degree of business and commercial experience and awareness cross industry.
5. Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Mandarin. Japanese is preferred but not mandatory.
6. Ability to rapidly gain credibility with and add value to key internal and external stakeholders.
7. Excellent presentation skills.
