Job Description –Cashier
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
？ Responsible for payment in and out organization with bank (or by cash), and ensure payment correction
？ Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation
？ Support cash flow management and providing the improvement suggestions on cash flow management
？ Assist accountant prepare daily, monthly documents and reports, completed bill declare dutiable goods
？ Issue invoices to the customers
？ Check the staff expense reimbursement according to internal policy
？ Archiving for finance documents and vouchers
？ Other duties required by the finance manager
REQUIREMENTS
？ College graduated in Accounting/Finance
？ A minimum of one year experiences as cashier, experiences in foreign invested companies is compulsory
？ PC/Computer literate, particular in Microsoft Office and Excel
？ High-level integrity, detail-oriented and self-initiative
？ Strong communication and interaction skills
？ Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
