QUALIFICATIONS

工作资格：

1. Junior college in Machinery or mould. , At least 5 years work background on similar Plastic tooling/moulding.

2. Excellent communication skill; Excellent independent monitor skill on tooling supplier.

3. Excellent tooling project management skill such as planning, tool design analysis，injection process analysis, problem solving and etc.;

4. Qualified on ISO9001 internal auditor.

5. Excellent skill on English listening, speaking, reporting.

6. Excellent skill on Solidworks and office, be familiar with Pro-E, or UG etc;

7. Good cost control sense;

8. Good professional ethics and work responsible sense.

1. 大专以上机械或模具专业，五年以上塑料模具/注塑的相关经验。

2. 优秀的沟通技能，优秀的独立监控模具供应商的技能。

3. 优秀的模具项目管理能力，如项目计划、模具设计审核、注塑过程分析，解决问题等。

4. 已获取ISO9001内审员资格。

5. 优秀的英文听说写能力。

6. 熟练使用Solidworks及office办公软件，了解pro/E, UG等。

7. 有成本控制的概念。

8. 良好的职业道德及工作责任心。

RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责：

Follow up the new project both of technique and manufacture from beginning to the end.

跟踪新产品项目的开发,包括技术及制造, 自始至终

1. Support project quotation and technical evaluation for new business;

对项目进行技术评估并报价。

2. Tooling design concept/DFM 3D&2D drawing review and submission/approval;

根据客户的2D/3D图进行模具设计概念分析并与客户沟通递交DFM至获得批准。

3. Project management , Material/resin/package preparing, Monitoring tool manufacture process and attending mold trial in supplier. Control time according to customer’s requirement.

项目管理，包括原材料、包装准备，模具制造过程的监控，参加试模。根据客户要求，控制项目时间。

4. Coordinate with internal team on tooling validation according to Global procedure.

与项目团队合作，按照程序验证模具。

5. Keeping project documentation according to procedure required. Submission samples and handover projects.

根据程序要求保留相关文件。递交样品并移交项目。

6. Other project related duties as assigned by management.

其它的与项目相关的任务。

7. Respect colleagues each other, initiative communication and cooperation.

尊重同事,主动沟通与合作。

8. Keep the work area tidy and clear.
