Responsibilities:
Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to company processes, including security policy
Maintains and improves systems availability, functionality, and performance for multiple systems, including WLAN, LAN, Firewall, Network and Communication/Telephony systems
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems. Propose new/improved solutions in coordination with suppliers and Integrators
Provides support for all system modifications and installations, and coordinates integration
Applies appropriate security measures and insure that Security policy is applied
Provide support to all users as required

Education and/or Experience
Associate’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent combination of work experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science (preferred)
2-5 years of Help Desk Support experience

Knowledge/Skills
Advanced experience in troubleshooting computer issues
Advanced experience on Server administration, AD , VMWare and NetApp management
Advanced experience with CISCO equipments configuration and management (switches, routers, Firewalls, …)
Strong knowledge on Network WAN / LAN
Knowledge on VOIP phone system (call Manager and Unity server management)
Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
Working knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting (Windows)
Ability to research and track purchasing of hardware and software
Proven ability to maintain an accurate hardware and software inventory with specific details on licensing needs
Remote access issues including authentication.
Proficient scripting experience including Database, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Visual Basic

任职要求：
1. 接触过Cisco公司的产品，持有CCNP或者同等资格证书更佳。
2. 确保IP电话设备的正常运行
3.三年以上网络工程经验，有丰富的网络安全知识
4. 计算机科学和相关专业本科毕业
5. 英文口语以及书面语流利。
