职位描述

Job Description:
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for developing Kenexa-IBM solutions across the areas of Employee Surveys, Psychometric Assessment and Leadership Development, that address your client’s business needs (both industry and business) and deliver client value while supporting Kenexa-IBM specific business strategies. You will work to create solutions which are tailored to client’s business needs and integrate the Kenexa-IBM brand capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition. In this role, it is essential that you are able to apply industry-specific knowledge and experience to bring new business and commercial HCM insights to assigned clients. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing and expanding business in the designated territory.
Responsibilities:
? Assess customer strategic needs and uncover business requirements in order to portray Kenexa-IBM solution advantages to assist in generating revenue targets.
? Conduct business-focused discovery sessions, presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts.
? Deliver tailored solutions and organizational recommendations to meet current and future business requirements.
? Exhibit credible customer fluency across key customer verticals.
? Maintaining & building client retention measures & ongoing penetration / up sell.
? A Kenexa-IBM Marketing SME on solution themes, delivering presentations at internal & external events and supporting cross company initiatives and projects.
? Uncover customer compensation process and needs in order to match customer needs and requirements to Kenexa-IBM solutions capability.
? Present Kenexa-IBM solutions to all levels of the organization in small and large audience settings and respond to all technical questions.
? Act as the liaison between the product team and the customer for new product functionality.
? Act as a go-to person for sales reps needing industry knowledge and technical support.
Skills/Experience:
Required:
? Previous experience in HR, Human Capital Management (HCM), Survey, Assessment or Leadership.
? Previous experience in solution sales/business development.
? Demostrable experience of exceeding set sales targets.
? Readiness to travel - 25% annually.
? English: Fluent. Mandarin: Fluent.
Preferred:
? Bachelor's Degree.
? Significant experience in HR, Human Capital Management (HCM), Employee Survey, Psychometric Assessment or Leadership Development.
? Significant experience in solutions sales/business development.
? Previous experience in understanding of software and web-based technology.
? Previous experience in managing complex sales process with a mix of transactional and strategic opportunities.
