职位描述
1/公司的现金管理
严格审核付款凭据,检查付款申请的审批;及时准确地处理各项付款业务
保持准确的每日现金日记账余额
严格遵循公司内部和银行的付款程序
准备各类现金流量报表
负责现金、票据、印章的实物管理
在财务系统中及时记录银行收款，并完成费用相关归档
2/对曼尼通集团制度的合规行为
按照财务总监的要求，对集团下达程序和操作进行部署
按照内部控制制度执行（按照集团的授权代理规定）
每月或按需要将现金盘点表交财务总监检查和签字
3/行政管理
人事/行政
按财务总监要求行使公司人事行政业务（印章，签证等）
及时有效地行使财务总监要求的其他职责和权力。
1/ Manage the cash operations of the company
Audit strictly the voucher of payment and the examination and approval procedures; deal with all kind of payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Keep accurate daily cash journal balance
Follow strictly the procedure of payment (internal and bank procedures)
Prepare various cash flow statements
In charge of the vault: cash, marketable securities, seals, etc...
Book bank receipts in the accounting system and properly archive with related expenses
2/ Actions on compliance with Manitou Group procedures for MCN
Proper deployment of procedures and actions of the Group, upon FCC requests
Compliance with Internal Control principles (following Manual for the Delegation of the Decisions)
Have the FCC check and sign the cash balances every month, and anytime upon request
3/ MCN administration operations
HR/Admin: manage the needs of the company (seals, visas, etc...) upon FCC request
Carry out any other duty and exercise the power from time to time delegated or given to him/her by the Financial Controller China in a proper and efficient manner.
