Process Engineer

 

Job description:

1.       PCBA process control;

2.       Study process to determine for improvement through collecting feedback from production;

3.       Increase productivity;

4.       Raise ECN as required if any change to the process;

5.       Perform training to operator for procedure;

6.       Production support for manufacturing line process related problem.

7.       Create and maintain process procedure and WI;

8.       Suggest alternate cost down process to meet cost reduction requirement.

 

 

Job Requirement:

1.       Bachelor degree of electrical engineering or related engineering;

2.       More than two years work experience in electrical field;

3.       Knowledge of SMT and back end manufacturing process, NPI experience will be preferred;

4.       Knowledge of FMEA, GR&R and SPC etc;

5.       Good oral and written English;

6.       Excellent PC skills;

7.       Teamwork spirit;

8.       Good communication skills.
