ASSIGNMENTS:

· Contribute to IKEA Components internal and external communication on an operational level, based on IKEA Components Business plan, business needs and IKEA Global communication strategy.

· Being a member of IKEA Components Communication Matrix. Participate and/or lead local communication projects.

· Contribute to develop and secure the information landscape e.g. be fully responsible for the Chinese edition of the internal magazine.

· Facilitate content update on the Intranet and ensure consistency and simplicity in the existing information channels.

· Support your managers, leaders or project members with information and communication needs. Especially change communication.

· Do translations work from English to Chinese and vice versa.

· VOICE

KNOWLEDGE:

· University degree relevant to the communication area

· Microsoft office (word, powerpoint, excel)

· Photoshop, InDesign

· MOSS and Litium Studios (program to publish on the Intranet)

· Easy research (survey program)

· Excellent communicator and fluent in both spoken and written English.

· Experience from change management
