POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process customer orders and co-ordinate with third-party logistics provider and logistics to ensure product availability and timely shipment of products
  
• Maintaining accurate information and processing the information in a timely manner
  
• Serves as the primary contact throughout the organization for order administration, returns and account management
  
• Handling the business-to-business relationships with all major accounts
  
• Respond to customer inquiries in an efficient and effective manner
  
• Daily communication with clients, sales and third-party logistics provider
  
• Track orders status and co-ordinate corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery of goods
  
• Handle returns request and RMAs
  
• Work with logistics providers for reverse logistics
  
• Handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  
• Provide regular feedback on customer needs and orders to sales team
  
• Support the Technical Department on an as-needed basis
  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 4-5 years in a high volume order management, customer service, or account management organization
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English is a big plus
  
• Demonstrated experience handling and developing key relationships preferably within the Consumer
• Electronics industry
  
• Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate and track all customer orders internally and externally
  
• Experience working in an environment where new program releases, promotions and products are quickly introduced to the field
  
• Prior experience working with online stores and order fulfillment
  
• Ability to run queries and EDI
  
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a big plus
  
• Competent in analyzing data and formulating a broad action plan.
  
• Well organized, independent, proactive, detailed-oriented, multi-tasking
  
• Prior experience working with a broad product line
