职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Supervisor to ensures that handbags trends are translated into high quality/ well priced product
2. Provides supervisor with relevant information to ensure successful product delelopment with the appropriate business partners/ countries
3. Establishes cross-functional partnerships to ensure production meets company objectives
4. Set up files and maintains information for the department
5. Collect cost sheet; and follow up supervisor's correspondence on COST and MOQ negotiations with business partners (vendors, factories) to meet company financial goals
6. Communicates effectively with cross functional teams
7. Contributes to finding creative solutions in case of potential issues/ delays
8. Follow claims negotiation and resolution
9. Follow T&A and all related details efficiently
10. Proactively to deal with issues and problems
11. Co-operate with QA to take care the issue resolution related to product quality and on-time delivery
Requirements
- Above 3 years proven sourcing and merchandising
- Common knowledge in Handbags products
- Good communciation skills in English and local office language
- Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
