Job Description *
1 Primary Responsibility
1)To perform factory layout and ensure smooth material flow for incoming and out going materials, to set up space forecast and material flow handbook.
2)To establish standard time for each product, analyze and establish equipment efficiency and capacity, and manpower analysis, there will be standard time hand book and capacity handbook.
3)To identify opportunities to continuously improve production methods through new techniques and to achieve higher quality standards, productivity and lower costs.
4)Monitors production performance and in charge OEE handbook.
2 Secondary Responsibility
1)To instruct the subordinate to enhance IE knowledge
2)To support whole IE term to set up IE information system
3)To develop relate information to support production
4)To inference whole mechanical term change the concept to reach low change over time, low inventory, high UPH, high utilization, high flexibility.

Job Requirements *
1 Education Qualification
1)University or Technical College degree in IE engineering ( Rich IE experience can be considered)
2 Knowledge & Skills
1)Rich experience in capacity planning and utilization control
2)Strong understanding of Method Time Measurement (MTM)
3)Experience in establishing times and setting job standards
4)Rich experience in equipment planning control
5)Strong communication skill and a team player
6)Good English language. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, technical information and memos.

4 Experience
1)3 to 8 years process engineering experience in IE area for manufacturing and assemblies, the metal stamp and plastic molding experience is appreciated.
5 Other Requirements
1)Must be computer literate.
2)Able to work under conditions of heavy pressure and time constraint
