Job Function:

Handling and managing the projects includes New Product Development, Cost Reduction, QI and Transfer for C5 WM.

Requirements:

Academic/ Professional qualification:

？ University Degree in Engineering.

Working Experience:

？ At least 5 years of business experience. At least 2 years of recent and relevant experience in project management of new product development with a volume manufacturing company, preferably be with experience in multinational company or top 5 of white goods enterprises China.

？ Familiar with the customer oriented “New Product Development Process”.

？ Familiar with FMEA tool, and with the ability to create product quality plan; and execute of them to achieve targets.

？ Strong at leadership skill and project management.

？ Skilled on Pro-E; or one of the similar engineering SW.

？ Familiar with safety standards such as GB, UL & CE compliance standards.

Language Ability:

？ Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese capability.

Computer Literacy:

？ Familiar with MS portfolio such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Powerpoint etc..

Others:

？ Male or female

？ Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

？ Good leadership

？ Technically inclined.

？ Analytical minded.

？ Good coach.

？ Can work under high pressure

？ Willing to travel

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the cross-functional project team to ensure new products can be smoothly launched to market.

2. Drives the idea of the products being a part of an integrated design system, not stand-alone components. Ensures the fluid hand-over of new products into engineering and subsequently manufacturing.

3. Find out all possible opportunities to reach the target price as defined by Product Management.

4. Identify the potential project risks and define possible solutions to reduce such risks.

5. Define the project planning with project team, monitor the project progress and to ensure adherence of project activities of planning schedules.

6. Ensures that new products are introduced in a timely manner.

7. Ensure the product quality is within product specification required by Product Management.

8. Ensure current product improvement ideas are developed and implemented.

9. Other assignment from superior.

Salary: To be determined – commensurate with skills ($) plus bonus according company KPI
