职位描述

Requirements:
1. Associate College Degree or Above

2. Major in international trade, English or Logistics

3. At least 5 years of working experience in ocean freight forwarder or related industry

4. Has handling experience of FCL, LCL, large equipment and FOB import shipment, knowing about international trade knowledge

5. Skilled in using office software:Word, Excel, PPT etc. Good command of English

6. Good communication abilities and good relationship with customers.
Proactive, team work spirit, could solve the emergencies effectively; good sense of marketing product, master the opportunity of developing new products, familiar with Customs and inspection regulations on import shipments, keep good relationship with Customs
7. Good at sales skills, inspect new clients and chances, improve relationships with customers

8. Higher executive senses and international trade skills, be good at using resources as an integration

9. At least 3 years of team leader experience

1. 大专以上学历

2. 国际贸易,英语或者国际物流相关专业;

3. 五年以上海运货代或者相关行业经验;

4. 有操作FCL,LCL,大型设备以及FOB进口货物经验,了解国际贸易知识;

5. 熟练使用办公软件:WordExcelPPT等;英语良好;

6. 较强的沟通能力并且和客户保持良好的关系;有团队精神;善于解决突发问题,对于市场有良好的判断力,把握机会开发新产品,熟悉进口货物海关检查相关规定,和海关有良好关系;

7. 善于销售,把握新客户和机会,促进和客户之间的关系;

8. 较高的销售意识和外贸技能,善于利用整合资源;

9. 三年以上团队领导经验;

Responsibility:

1. By collecting sales data, analyzing target marketing to form the demand of product, make up the sales objectives;

2. Has the ability to get businesses, keep good relationship with carriers

3. Analyze marketing information, dig out new products, draft marketing improvement plans, master the progress of its development and control the costs;

4. Work out the product sales strategies, follow up sales department extending status and adjust sales plans timely;

5. Take part in the other activities of enlargement of marketing department

6. Take in charge of the management of entire ocean import department;

7. Keep good relationship with current clients, develop potential customers, find out customers new demand, enlarge sales scope;

8. Coordinate with agents in the ports to make sure the operations completed perfectly;

9. In charge of coordination with carriers and co-loaders;

10. Monitor staff working processes, review their performances and hold trainings periodically;

2. 有商业能力,和运输公司保持良好关系;

3. 分析市场信息,发掘新产品,起草营销改进方案,掌握其发展进程和控制成本;

4. 实施产品销售策略,跟进业务部销售计划发展状态并能及时调整;

5. 参加市场部的其他活动;

6. 负责管理海运进口部门;

7. 与现有客户保持良好关系,发展潜在客户,发掘客户新需求以扩大销售范围;

8. 配合港口代理以确保良好的完成运作;

9. 负责协调我们与船公司及同行之间的关系;

10.检查员工日常工作,对其表现进行评估,定期开展培训;
