1.0 REPORTS TO: SCM Manager

(Welcome Fresh Graduate)

2.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assistant to develop, maintain manufactory final test station and application room test, including hardware and Software.

3.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following:

3.1 Design, develop and maintain the online test station including hardware design and software design:

3.2 Design, develop and maintain the application room setup including hardware and software.

3.3 Design, develop and maintain test fixture with IE to support and improve production efficiency.

3.4 Work requires a working knowledge of electrical/electronic hardware, the use of standard test equipments/facilities to implement test item.

3.5 An understanding of the interaction between hardware and firmware/software in an embedded control system and a familiarity with TCP/IP based communications is also required

3.6 Integrate new test technologies into existing test fixture design and modify existing test hardware to support new products

3.7 Troubleshooting products equipment/Facility failures. Performs diagnosis of assembly errors, wiring errors and other problems related to test system.

4.0 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

4.1 Work with on-site engineers to create the inline test process

4.2 Work with lab engineer to create the application room test process

4.3 Participate in engineering prototype unit test to provide profession suggestion by manufactory test standpoint.

5.0 REQUIREMENTS:

5.1 Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Communication &Automation industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

5.2 Experience designing and developing test station and test fixture Electrical/electronic products.

5.3 Good communication and technical writing ability in English.

5.4 Strongly Understanding of Electrical/electronic power/power switch product principles.

5.5 Familiar on use/application of electric/electronic equipments/facility.

5.6 Ability to read and understand electric/electronic schematics.

5.7 Understanding of computer operating systems, networks and architecture.

5.8 Familiar on Labview and test program writing.

5.9 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5.10 Proven ability to work under minimal supervision.
