职位描述
1.0 REPORTS TO: Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager
2.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2.1 Familiar with DFM. Develop and procure necessary tooling, jigs and fixtures, detailed SOP, assembly process manual to support the manufacturing process and design specifications.
2.2 Participate in new product trial run. Check the process, control and correct wrong process, analysis and improve productivity.
2.3 Resolve manufacturing problems, clarify, improve, and streamline processes to create a more efficient and effective manufacturing environment. Identify problems, its root causes, short-term fix, long-term corrective action and implementation plan.
2.4 Define manufacturing/assembly process flow; Write instruction of manufacturing of each station.
Technically conduct manufacturing efficiency per specified product quality level.
2.5 Familiar with the PCBA & SMT line. Take the lead on the E&E supplier quality audit.
2.6 Any production operation/ assignment as requested.
3.0 PRINCIPLE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
3.1 Supply Chain & Manufacturing Dept
3.2 All the functional teams.
3.3 OEM E&E factory
4.0 Qualification:
4.1. B.S. in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
4.2 Perfectly have the experience in some large EMS
4.3 Familiar with factory manufacturing/assembly process, Experience in PCBA build process, Sheet metal process, and unit level assembly process.
4.4 Should be a strong team player with flexibility to adapt to organizational needs and priorities.
4.5. Must be hands-on, intuitive and solution-oriented with good communication skills
4.6 Have knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5s, TQC. Prefer to have experience utilizing 6 Sigma & Lean principles.
4.7 Able to work with minimum or no supervision
4.8 Strong problem solving capacity in process.
4.9 Strong quality control and quality assurance concept.
