Job Description:

1.Develop and optimize reliability and maintenance strategy & plans for production/plant equipment.

2.Improve and support PM system with performing reliability analysis on plant equipment failures and drive for corrective actions.

3.Establish & lead implementation of comprehensive predictive,preventive and corrective maintenance program among maintenance team.

4.Take charge of spare parts stock management to ensure proper supply of parts with reasonable stock value.

5.Participates in the planning of maintenance and shutdown activities of the equipment.

6.Ensure maintenance workflow process are in place to ensure health management and reliability intent are included.

Job requirement:

1.University education background majored in mechanical engineering or related fields.

2.Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the maintenance of plant equipment.

3.Ability to lead teams & work in a cross functional environment.

4.Strong written and communication skills; structured problem solving skills.

5.Rich knowledge and experience in TPM or Lean and reliability engineering methodologies(FMEA,RCA,RCM etc.)
