POSITION: Process Engineer, Klauke China
LOCATION: Su-Tong Science Technology Park, Nantong

POSITION SUMMARY:
Design manufacturing process and manage CNC software .
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
This position reports to Operation Manager. In addition, the incumbent must work closely with production, planner, warehouse,finance, quality department and buyer.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Be responsible for the layout and process / equipment / tooling & fixture developing and designing;
2. Work with foreign team, i.e.accept drawing,BOM,Engineering Data from Germany;
3.Solve the production process related problem – quality / equipment / tooling, etc.;
4. Draft and maintain process related documentation ;
5. Training and monitor operator in line with standard operation sheet;
6. Production process continuously improvement to maintain the high safety / quality and efficiency;
7. Manage the equipment , tooling & fixture, spare parts and keep/maintain the related drawing and BOM;
8. Define the TPM document and guide 5s/TPM activities;
9. Be responsible for project transfer and/or new product project, which is involved production process;
10.Be responsible for CNC programme;;
11. Other assigned tasks by supervisor.
SKILLS NEEDED:
This position requires a leadership skill. Ability to developing reports, strategic agility ,building effective teams and managing visions and purpose.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
1. College graduate with major in Mechanical / Electrical, 5 years experience in Mechanical parts, manufacturing processes.
2. Good quality knowledge in process design, have CNC background
3. Understand print tolerance system (GD&T) and be able to apply measurement requirements (GR&R).
4. Be familiar with different gauge, especially CMM machine, projector
5. Good ability to read and write English.
6. Good general computer skills (MS Office), Autocad. UG, etc.
7. Good team work ability, general problem-solving skills.
8. General knowledge of forge, casting, plastics, sheet metal processes.
9. Good skill of trouble shoots of quality problem in process.
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Performs highly complex and varied tasks requiring independent knowledge, its application to a variety of situations, as well as exercise of independent judgment.
