We are a consultancy firm focusing on assisting foreign companies to set up and manage their business in China. We have built a solid foundation to cater for the comprehensive needs of our clients operating in the Mainland which include:

- Business registration
- Tax planning
- Regulatory compliance
- Financial control and monitoring
- Management and marketing advice

Although we target small to medium-sized companies, our portfolio incidentally has some multinational clients who are of a significant size and/or are listed in the relevant stock exchange of their home country.

CONSULTANT

To cope with the exponential growth experienced by our firm in the recent years, we now need high caliber individuals possessing the following attributes to join us to take the development of our firm to the next stage:

- 5 years of working experience in the accounting/auditing industry
- Good Command of English and Chinese
- Solid knowledge and working experience in business and financial analyses
- Solid experience in operation, particularly from tax and other regulatory perspectives
- Being very proactive and able to work independently and lead assignments
- Capability of multi-tasking
- A strong team player
- Willingness or, better still, enthusiasm to travel frequently and accept flexibility working hours and working environment
