University degree or equivalent level, and with at least 2 to 3 years practical experience in conducting labor compliance audits at factories in China (candidate with less relevant practical experience may also be considered also as Social Compliance Auditor Trainer).
High degree of integrity and professionalism.

With Quality Management System audit experience is preferred.
Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in China.
Detail-oriented, with common sense; be able to make sound judgment under conflicting situation.
Mature, initiative and practical approach to help factories to solve labor compliance issues; possess balanced sense of urgency.
Be open-minded to learn, acquire and apply new knowledge, skill, technique and methodology as directed by management.
Willing to travel extensively and independently.
Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must.
