Primary Responsibility基本职责

1. To be responsible for answering and transfer incoming calls, recording effective telephone information and convey to relevant employees.

负责接听和转接总机来电,记录有效电话信息并转告相关部门同事。

2. To be responsible for the reception of visitors。

负责接待访客。

3. To be responsible for express delivery, mail, parcels and expenses statistics management.

负责公司各部门快递、信件、包裹等收发管理及费用统计、结算，配合快递寄发的查询工作。

4. To be in charge of name card, printing and monthly admin expenses reimbursement, such as for shuttle bus, business van and canteen etc…

负责公司名片制作、行政方面的印刷及每月行政费用统计和结算，比如办公用品，商务车辆和餐厅费用等等。

5. To be responsible for daily shuttle bus /business van and canteen management , and also assist recruiting, new hires

on boarding and locker management accordingly.

负责日常班车/商务车辆和餐厅的管理,同时相应地协助招聘、新员工入职以及衣帽箱管理。

6. To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager.

接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求。

7. Commitment to safety, give priority to safety and take precaution to prevent accidents at work.

认真执行“安全第一、预防为主”的安全生产方针，自觉遵守各项安全生产制度和规定，做到不伤害自己、不伤害他人、不被他人伤害

8. Strictly adhere to safety rules and responsibility.

忠于职守，严格履行本岗位的安全责任

1. Good English both in written and oral

良好的英文书写和口语表达能力

2. Strong execution on good communication interaction with all levels of employees and problem solving.

3. Highly details oriented and proactive.

4. Good interpersonal skill with quick response
