诚聘 社会责任(劳工权益)审核员
职责
走访全国各地的服装及鞋类制造工厂.
按照要求对工厂进行监督稽核.
对工厂状况提出评估和改善建议.
基于审核发现撰写评估报告.
要求
首先必须具备高度的道德修养和诚信度.
勤奋、精确、高效、灵敏,及高度的团队意识.
愿意非常频繁地赴全国各地出差,能承受工作压力.
必须具备大学本科或更高学历,专业不限.
必须掌握基础的法律和会计知识.
必须具备优秀的英语写作能力.
具备工厂安全生产及环保方面的经验者优先.
具备国际贸易方面的经验者优先.
具备实际的车间生产工作经验者优先.
能说上海话或粤语者优先.
我们欢迎无工作经验的毕业生应聘助理岗位.
Recruiting Social Compliance Auditors
Job Description
Visit apparel & footwear factories in various parts of China.
Conduct on-site monitoring audit according to established monitoring protocols.
Conclude on the compliance status of the factories’ practices.
Compose audit reports based on the monitoring findings.
Requirements
High sense of ethics and integrity, above all.
Diligent, precise, efficient, sharp-minded, and teamwork-oriented.
Willing to travel VERY frequently around China and work under pressure.
University degree or above in any field is a must.
Basic knowledge of law and accounting is a must.
Excellent command of written English is a must.
Working knowledge of workplace ESH is highly appreciated.
Working knowledge of international trade is highly appreciated
Working knowledge of workshop production is highly appreciated.
Good command of Shanghai / Cantonese dialect is highly appreciated.
Graduates without solid working experience are welcome as apprentices.
