Provide design production CAD support.
Develop, implement and enforce CAD Standards.
Organize the CAD environment.
Supply technical support for all CAD software.
Provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions.
Interact on project standards coordination with engineering management.
Provide training and supervision of in-house CAD users.
Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects.
Provide leadership and vision to company in the area of CAD.

Qualification
1. 8 years experience in design and construction; 3 years as engineering manager;
2. National certificates is a plus;
3. International project experience is a plus;
4. Familiar with the design and construction inspection code and standards;
5. Strong planning capability and Interpersonal skills. Good team player;
6. Can work under pressure;
7. Good command of English and computer skills, good report and presentation capability.
