1、接听咨询电话，向客户介绍各种翻译服务和报价，电话跟综回访和做合同；
2、电话回访客户，提供优秀的客户服务工作；
3、客户信息、翻译字数统计、费用统计等数据报表整理；

岗位要求：
1、敬业守信、友好热情、简单高效、声音响亮、积极主动；
2、1年以上全职工作经验；
3、办公软件和英语熟练者优先；
4、上海、江苏、浙江户籍者优先；
