职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Check local/overseas vendor invoices and GRN, PR/PO submitted by purchasers and post purchase invoices in system.
2. Match overseas invoices with import declaration and cooperation for the foreign currency control report.
3. Prepare and input bank payment vouchers (vendor and expense) in system.
4. Monthly download and review AP aging report and prepare payment application for local and overseas vendors.
5. Monthly review and follow up prepayment and collect invoices.
6. Review VAT input account and compare with tax report.
7. Monthly and quarterly SOX documents preparing and filing.

Requirement:
1. College degree above in accounting or equivalent.
2 At least 2-3 years similar experience in multi-national manufacturing companies.
3. Familiar with ERP system. Experience in using Fourth-shift and Navision system will be an advantage.
4. Good command in English reading and writing.
5. Good computer skills in spreadsheet and database (word, excel and power-point).
6. Good communication skills and a fast learner.
