Basic Function:

- Responsible for availability and quality of Parts Catalogues for China Products for domestic market and export.

- Responsible for parts definition, creation and maintenance in global systems for China models.

- Support other projects (APAC models) in parts/ parts catalogue creation and maintenance.

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:

Representative Activities:

- New part creation and maintenance in global systems for China Models.

- On time availability of parts catalogues for all China models.

- Works closely with Engineering/ Product Development, ensuring parts systems and parts catalogues are always timely updated and maintained.

- Tracking of launch planning and follow-up

- Supplier coordination (BOM information)

- Catalog quality insurance

- Manage and co-ordinate 3PL supplier for artwork creation

- Global parts systems data integrity for China models

- Support of other departments & supports dealers and the Parts technicians through Parts identification and troubleshooting (Applix)

- Support other projects (APAC models) in parts/parts catalogue creation and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

- Technical education. Ability to analyze technical structures and drawings.

- Experience in Parts Product Definition and/or parts cataloging beneficial.

- Engineering experience beneficial

- Co-ordinate parts BOM availability and maintenance with suppliers.

- Good communicator in English

- Excellent discipline on keeping quality at high levels and respect of timelines and deadlines.

- Ability to work with office software as excel, word, access, powerpoint.

- Point of reference for technical and parts catalogue content queries. (Applix)

- The ability and willingness to aggressively learn new things, take the extra step, bring ideas to improve processes and consistently demonstrate a “can-do” attitude is required

The Origins of business relations between China and companies of CNH Industrial can be traced back more than 100 years, when the first tractor was imported at the beginning of the 20th century. CNHi ’s first stable representative office was founded in Beijing in 1979.

CNHi’s agricultural equipment business holds leading positions in the market for high horsepower tractors, large combine harvesters, cotton pickers and sugar cane harvesters, with its two brands Case IH and New Holland Agriculture.
CNHi is also present in China’s construction equipment industry primarily through the distribution of Case Construction Equipment excavators, backhoe loaders, skid steer loaders and other equipment. Case is market leader in the backhoe and skid steer loader segments.
CNHi’s Trucks &Commercial vehicles business has three joint ventures with SAIC: a JV in Nanjing and one in Chongqing that manufacture a fully localized range of light, medium and heavy range of industrial and commercial vehicles. One more JV is present in Chongqing, with FPT Industrial, that produces heavy vehicle engine range.
