Job Title: Accounting assistant

Job Description:
1. Assist in issuing Russia/Ukraine Invoice
2. Assist in following up problem list for Russia/Ukraine Invoice
3. Assist in preparing the daily Invoice list
4. Assist in posting the original documents
5. Assist in issuing other country's Invoice
6. Effective and timely communication with commercial team and forwarder wherever necessary
7. Timely discussions on all issues with the immediate superiors

Report to : Invoice team leader
