Key responsibilities:
1.To collect, prepare and present to management for any customer raised issues, like quality, technical, etc., and respond to customer as appropriate as possible |
2. To collect customer requirement for spares, and services
3. To collect and prepare the internal information (like cost, availability, lead time, etc.)
4. To prepare/offer to customer for their requirement as per management decision
5. To follow up with customer and ensure the contract/PO is signed with the customer
6.To coordinate internally to ensure material/service is provided to customer as per contract/PO
7. To file all documents which are created and/or received before, during and after the course of contract/PO execution.
8. To build up and maintain the biding database.
9. To Collect, prepare and present wind turbine market information.
10.To maintain relationship & cooperation with internal & external stakeholder
External: wind farm customer, Supplier/Vendor, Agents, Government officers.
Internal: Plants, OMS, Corporate Functional departments, Head office of India
Requirements:
1.Have a 4yr University degree in Supply Management, Business, or Engineering.
2.At least 5+ years of sales, or customer relationship experience in the wind turbine or similar industry.
3.Able to function independently with minimal supervision & technical guidance.
4.Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
5.Works effectively under pressure & deadlines with an ability to balance and manage supply risk.
6.Excellent oral, written, and English communication skills.
7.Must have strong interpersonal skills & ability to build strong relationships both internally & externally.
8.Resilient, assertive, results oriented, dedicated, perseverant, and tenacious.
9.Must be organized, detail oriented, with ability to build plans and implement a strategy
10.Knowledge of commodities, materials and products being purchased.
11.Have basic knowledge of SAP, can check/find data from SAP
