Brief justification for this position:
1. Offer training to external customers and share experience with teams.
2.Interface with customers' quality issue, introduce company quality program and explain FA results.
3.Press 8D far customer problem solving, debug in customer pilot run and mass production.

Job description and requirements:
1. 5 years+ semiconductor experience, Japanese speaking is a plus.
2.Work independently to resole customer quality incident.
3.Able to work with cross regional sales/FAE.
4.Drive process improvement with cross functional team members.
