* Manage Specification with SGS to ensure that SGS is using updated spec to do FRI and follow up closure of non conforming products and corrective actions 管理好产品标准书，确保SGS 验货时使用正确的标准书，验货不合格的产品做好跟进直至彻底解决
* Conduct follow up pre TNFS and BRC audits at our current suppliers’ sites and report back NC close outs to China QAM 对现有供应商进行TNFS，BRC预审并将正式审核时不符合项的关闭情况汇报中国负责人
* Conduct TSL unannounced spot check audits at our established suppliers to ensure that quality is maintained at daily basis 对现有供应商进行不定时的抽查，以确保他们每天的质量管理符合要求
* Conduct TSL traceability test and mock recall test annually每年对现有供应商进行追溯和模拟召回测试
* Arrange with SGS for unannounced Micro checks at our suppliers and ensure that they are be done on time follow up and close out non conformances 对现有供应商，和SGS共同安排每年事先不通知的微生物测试，如测试结果不符合要求，确保及时跟进直至彻底解决
* Manage complaints from our customers, supplier responses and non conformance closure and report back to UK 处理好客户投诉，将供应商的回复和整改措施及时更新英国总部。
* Assist China QA manager as required 处理中国负责人要求的其他相关事务

Qualifications and Requirements:学历和资质

* have good English speaking and writing skills 良好的英语口语和书写能力
* have science or quality education background with college/university degree 大专/大学科技或质量专业
* Strong influencing skills 具有较强的影响力
* have knowledge of ISO9001/ISO13485 or similar quality management system 了解ISO9001/ISO13485或相应的质量体系
* have an understanding of quality assurance, FRI and AQL levels了解品质保证，FRI 和 AQL
* Understand Tesco, BRC, ethical requirements of UK retailers, preferable but not essential 了解英国零售商审核要求（比如Tesco，BRC和道德审核）者优先考虑

Shanghai SIP Engineering Consulting Ltd. (SIP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Colliers International. It was established in 1993 as a specialist engineering and construction project management company; its aim was to support international companies seeking to enter the China market, by helping to procure, build, expand and/or refurbish the buildings or facilities they would need to succeed here, and managing that process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to local regulations and the very best start for Clients’ China operations. Currently the company is headquartered in Shanghai, with supplementary operations in Beijing; it employs a team of 200, 90% of whom are Chinese nationals.

While the world’s largest manufacturing companies (which required factories in China, which could produce products for sale overseas) were the first to benefit from SIP’s expertise, as the China market has grown and developed, so SIP’s service-offering and capabilities have diversified.
