Main Mission主要任务
Provide maintenance, upgrades and configuration of IT hardware and related equipment 提供维护，更新和硬件的技术翻译和相关设备
Install and upgrade software安装和更新软件
Provide support to staff为员工提供帮助

Detailed Tasks具体任务
Provide helpdesk support and resolve daily problems of staff 为员工提供技术支持及日常问题解决
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests 迅速反应并高效处理员工的申请
Assist with onboarding new users 协助新入职员工
Ensure each staff has all IT equipment in good working condition 确保所有员工的电脑正常运行
Install, test and configure new computers with peripheral equipment and software 安装，测试，配置新电脑和外围配置
Maintain inventory of all equipment and software所有设备和软件的维修
Perform regular check and updates when required 必要时定期检查和更新
Report issues for escalation to management 向管理层汇报出现的问题
Provide training on Office software if required 必要时提供办公软件的培训
Document all IT actions 所有IT活动的文档管理
Assist in developing IT process for helpdesk actions 协助所有技术维护

Job Reuqirements职位要求
Chinese National中国人
Good English level (spoken and written) 英语好（口语和书面）
Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or related field 教育技术或相关专业本科
1-3years of relevant technical experience1-3年相关的技术经验
