职位描述

Accountabilities 职责
协助销售渠道进行销售和促销活动,以达到销售目标:
指导铺货及促销活动以支持销售工作;
与渠道销售队伍沟通,确保良好合作;
拜访主要客户以建立业务关系。
监督销售渠道的管理:
建立报表,记录渠道销售成绩,辨认并解决问题。
收集并检查渠道销售收据,确认销售奖金的支付。
管理业务代表,确保团队合作:
策划及分配销售队伍的工作,确保区域内销售、铺货及促销活动的进行。
评估核实销售队伍的工作。
培训及指导销售代表。

初级英语书写与会话
掌握办公室电脑软件的使用
1. 良好的执行力
2. 良好的分析能力, 特别是财务类或销售类的相关分析
3. 良好的团队管理能力,能带领一个小型团队。
4. 良好的沟通,谈判及人际交往能力
5. 能较好地对团队进行辅导及培训。
6. 熟悉市场、客户及渠道信息。
