Responsibility :

1.To lead new projects tooling plan (method plan and simulation)
2.Design /engineering review with development team
3.Support the sustaining team by troubleshooting and consult in case of tool/part issues
4.Leading and coaching the cold stamping team and increase the competence level
5.Support cost estimation engineer for cold stamping costing




Requirement :
1.Bachelor degree in stamping tooling design and manufacture or related field.
2.At least 10-15 years experience with stamping process development
3.Demonstrated leadship skills and ability to work in a team enviroment
4.CAD engineering software skills, CATIA is preferred.
5.Good English communication skill both written and oral
