具体工作职责：

Responsibility :

？ 根据公司年度质量目标，制定本部门年度工作计划和年度成本预算，并组织实施计划达成目标；

According to annual quality traget of company, make annual work plan and cost budget of Quality Dept. ;organize and implement planing to reach the target

？ 负责组织制定和完善各项质量标准，质量管理文件和规则制度，并贯彻实施；

In charge of organizing, making and impleting all items of quality standard, quality management documents and regulations, and implementing

？ 负责组织对原材料，外委件，外购件等入厂检验工作，督促供应商完成质量整改工作；负责在制品等过程质量控制及成品出厂质量检验工作；

In charge of organizing entry check of raw material, outsourcing and bought-in components ; supervising suppliers to finish quality correction ; take responsibility of processing quality control of in-process product and exwork quality check of finished goods

？ 负责处理客户抱怨，组织团队对质量事故进行分析并制定纠正和预防措施，完成跟踪验证工作；提交8D报告等各类质量事故处理文件；

In charge of handling client complaint ; organizating quality team to analyze, correct and make proctive measure of quality accident ; following validation works and putting forward all solution docuemnt of quality accident such as 8d report

？ 负责公司各类计量器具的计量，校正工作，以及检具，检测设备，检测装置等的有效性复检工作；

In charge of measure and regulation of all measuring instrument ;and the re-examination of effectiveness of the gauge,equipement and systems

？ 负责新产品开发质量管理工作，包括提交PPAP文件，保证新项目顺利通过客户审核，达到批量生产要求的质量水平；

In charge of quality management of new product development, including PPAP documents to ensure a smooth pass from client on new product and reach the qulity level of mass production

？ 组织开展公司过程审核和产品审核，确保达成质量目标；

Organize to launch processing audit and product audit to make sure reaching quality target

？ 负责公司TS16949质量体系有效正常地运行以及年检换证工作，保证体系的外审顺利通过；负责组织公司质量体系内审并落实整改措施；

In charge of operation and anuual inspection & renual of company TS16949 to make sure a smooth pass of outer audit on company system ; take reponsibility of organization of inner audit, implementing and correction

？ 负责解决生产过程中出现的质量问题，协调涉及到的各相关部门的关系，明确技术质量要求和执行标准；

In charge of solving quality issue which occur in the process of production ; coordinating all the relationships of relevant departments and make quality standard and operation standard of technics clear

？ 协助对公司员工进行质量培训，提高全员质量意识，掌握相应的质量工具应用技巧；

Assist to make quality training to company staff to improve the sense of qualty of staff and make them equip application skill of relevant quality tools

？ 负责对本部门进行绩效考核工作，帮助员工改进工作方法，提高工作效率；

In charge of performance appraisal of Quality Dept. ; help Quality Dept. menbers to improve their operation procedure and work efficiency

？ 组织开展ISO14000环境管理体系要求的各项工作；参与项目小组活动,共同解决质量问题。

Organize and launch all affairs required by environmental system requirements,ISO14000 ; participate in activities of project and solve quality problem together.

？ 参与5S各类活动，执行公司5S管理要求，保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序。

Participate in all 5S activities.Keep work site clear,tidy and in order accroding to 5S management requirements.

？ 严格遵守公司《员工手册》的内容，符合公司行为规范的要求。

Strictly abide by comapny Employ Handbook, and meet the requirements of Company Code of Conduct

？ 参与持续改善KAIZEN活动。

Take part in KAIZEN activities.

？ 执行ISO14000、TS16949及OHSAS18001的相关条款,承担公司体系文件规定的相关（安全、环境和质量）责任。诚信正直，诚信行事，遵守公司的道德规范；

Abide by the regulation of ISO14000, TS16949 and OHSAS18001 and take the responsibility in security , environment and quality written in company system documents. Act in good faith and stick to keep company moral regulations

？ 遵守工作说明中明确的或培训中传达的所有健康、安全和环境要求；

Obey the requirements in health, security and environment defined in job description or reminded in training.

？ 执行公司质量体系对本职能相关的程序文件要求；

Follow up with the relevant position requirement of process documents in company quality system

？ 完成上级领导交办的临时工作

个人素质最低要求：

学历：

Education:

？ 大学本科及以上学历，质量管理、企业管理、机械制造类相关专业优先；

Bachelor degress or above, related to quality management，factory management or mechanical specialty related;

相关经历及基本技能：

Related Experience and skills:

？ 5年以上汽车行业相关领域的工作经验。

Above 5 years working experience in automotive field.

？ 熟悉MSA, SPC, FMEA以及其他相关的质量管理工具（如鱼骨图，G8D等）

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and relative quality tools( Fish bone chart, G8D,etc.)

？ 具有较强的分析，解决问题的能力；

Has strong analysis, problem solving skills

？ 具有较强的领导能力和决策能力，良好的部门沟通和协调能力；

Has strong leadership and decision-making ability, good communication and coordination ability with other Departments

？ 工作态度认真，积极负责而不推托

Serious working attitude, positive and responsible without excuse ;

？ 精通不合格品管理和客户抱怨处理；

Master Nonconfirmity control and deal with customer complaints.

？ 了解6σ质量管理方法，懂mini tap软件 ;

？ Know 6σquality management； can use mini tap.

？ 熟悉TS16949质量管理体系和ISO14000环境管理体系，具有内审员资格证书。

Well knowTS16949 Quality Management System and ISO14000 Enviroment management system ; has internal auditor certification

？ 计算机办公软件运用熟练，能制作报表，数据图等；

Master office software operation skill, can make statements, data diagram

？ 英语熟练
