主要工作范围：

Primary Operation:

？ 接收客户的订单和预测，分析客户需求，指定发货计划。

Customer order and forecast receiving, analyses the customer demand, issue the delivery schedule.

？ 供应商订单需求的发布，追踪原材料到货。库存核对。

Raw material order issue and tracking on time.

具体工作职责：

Responsibility :

？ 负责接收客户每月的订单和滚动预测，制定每周的发货计划。

In charge of receive the order and forecast. Issue the delivery schedule and update weekly.

？ 分析客户订单的波动，协调生产，满足客户需求。

Analyzing the order float; coordinate with production department; meet the customer demand.

？ 发货追踪，控制运输成本。

In charge of shipment tracking, transportation cost control.

？ 原材料订单的制定，滚动月预测，原材料到货安排和追踪。

Issue the raw material order and rolling forecast; tracking the receiving.

？ 库存核对，及时处理呆滞库存。

Check the inventory, deal with the dead stock.

？ 中转管理，库库存控制，核对。

Consignment warehouse management; Inventory control and check.

？ 负责指导物料保管员做好物料入帐、接收、及物料盘点工作；

Instruct material keeper to make in-storage record, receive, and stocktaking.

？ 完成上级领导交给的其他工作。

Finish tasks given by leader.

个人素质最低要求：

学历：

Education:

？ 本科及以上学历，物流、运输管理或经济管理类相关专业；

College degree or above major in logistics, logistics management and strategy, economic management or related;

相关经历及基本技能：

Related Experience and skills:

？ 3年以上物流操作相关领域管理工作经验，具有海运、空运、铁路、公路运输、

物资、仓储、货物运输和包装管理等工作经验者；懂供应链管理。

3 or more years of related working experience in logistics operation such as transport by sea, air, railway and highway, equipment, storage, transportation or package management; well know supplier chain.

？ 熟悉物流操作流程及相关标准规范，具有物流运输、仓储领域专业的操作技能如 先进先出﹑看板管理等；有很强的客服意识

Familiar with logistics operation and related regulations. Have professional operating skills in transportation, storage; good knowledge in FIFO, KANBAN; Good service for customer.

？ 具备良好的沟通和组织协调能力，较强的分析和解决问题能力，积极主动，吃 苦、耐劳，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力

Good skills in communication, coordination, analysis and solving-problem; active, tough， responsible and high operating pressure.

？ 熟练操作计算机及办公自动化软件尤其EXCEL.

Good computer operation skills and especially familiar with EXCEL

？ 懂得KAIZEN等现场改进改善活动的开展。

Well know KAIZEN knowledge and activity.

？ 熟知物流环节安全管理。

Familiar with logistics safety management.

？ 英语熟练

Good English skills

？ 熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理体系
