Main Duties:

1. Responsible for the admin area.

- Canteen management.

- Shuttle bus coordination

- Cleaning management.

- Security management

- Visa support

- Annual physical check, occupational disease's check

- Sales admin support, e.g. Sales office contract follows up

2. Communication

- Responsible for the organization of the annual party, outing, sport competition, employee birthday party, etc.

- Responsible for maintain the daily communication channels, e.g. issue the monthly newsletter, maintain the bulletin board/LCD, etc.

- Responsible for the coordination of the employee reward, e.g. sales star, best employee, special contribution, etc.

3. Other tasks required by the manager

Background Skills:

1. Bachelor degree, or above.

2. More than 6 years experiences in admin fields.

3. Good communication and presentation skills.

4. Good team work spirit.

5. Good written English.

-负责组织筹备年会，旅游，运动会，员工生日餐等

-负责维护日常内部沟通渠道，例如：确保每月公司月报按时出具，维护公告栏及LCD等

-负责协助员工奖赏事宜，例如：销售奖项，优秀员工，特殊贡献奖等

3 经理安排的其他工作

岗位要求：

1本科及以上学历背景

2至少6年以上行政领域工作经验

3良好的沟通能力及表达能力

4良好的团队合作精神

5良好的英文读写能力
