Job Responsibilities:
Staffing
- Responsible for P level recruitment, include all process, such as recruitment channel search, job adv. issue, CV collection, interview arrangement and discussion with line users…
- Recruitment analysis report, include cost, channel efficiency…
- Control headcount within forecast
- Keep and update employee personal file to ensure all necessary doc. are in the file
- Support sub-contract company and line user to hire O level operators
- Turnover and OT analysis /control,
- Proposal for action plan
Training
- Set up training system and continue improvement on it, including training policy, agreement, process, and evaluation
- Responsible for annual training plan preparation and update regularly according to actual needs adjustment
- Ensure the annual training plan implementation on time
- Control the training cost is within the reasonable budget
- Maintain and update training material of in-house and external courses
- Act as internal trainer on basic in-house courses
- Search and negotiate with external training companies, institutions, trainers;
- Set up Internal Trainer pool and develop incentive program to internal trainer
- Keep training record/documents updating to comply with internal /external audit
- Prepare training analysis report monthly, include efficiency, cost…
- Assist in key HR projects led by HRA manager.
- Continuous improvement
- Other work assigned by Manager
Performance appraisal
- Responsible for employee’s probation and contract review follow up, and provide professional HR comments to department managers
- Assist HRA manager for regular performance appraisal
- Take charge in annual job description review
HRIS
- Responsible for HRIS data updating, keep data in HRIS and various HR reports are same
- Implement and monitor attendance system
APS-EI
- As APS-EI leader need to enhance EI level to meet yearly target via below activity
1) Arrange regular monthly team member meeting to monitor EI status and take action for items improvement
2) Report EI status in committee meeting
3) Prepare annual EI training plan and monitor implementation on time
Others
- Prepare monthly HR reports on time and accurate
- Continuous improvement
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Above 4 years recruitment experience in a multinational company
- Well know the staffing process and channel
- Master interview skills and tools
- Initiative
- Strong communication, organization, coordination ability
- Self motivated, mature & stable
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good team player
- The result of on duty body check / annual health check is normal
