1. 英语听说读写能力佳，中文流利
2. 3年以上零售业、酒店餐饮业室内图纸设计经验，拥有扎实的施工工艺，节点经验
3. 熟悉了解零售业的设计理念、设计流程及运用材料
4. 熟练操作autoCAD，phtoshop，sketchup等电脑设计软件
5. 善于思考，创新，有潜力；能够合理安排工作时间，能在项目时间进度的压力下按时完成工作，抗压能力强
6. 为人必须可靠，诚信，踏实
7. 本科及以上学历

职位描述:
学习并贯彻执行rkd retail/iQ的规划与设计项目程序
a.负责项目施工图纸绘制工作，包括室内施工图，道具施工图，各项节点、大样图
b.参与项目现场技术交底与施工协调工作

Qualifications:
1. Ability to read, write and speak english in addition to perfect chinese.
2. At least 3 years of interior construction documentation experience in retail, hotel or f+b,very skillful at construction drawings and detail sections.
3. Good understanding of detail, construction methods & process and materials.
4. Solid computer skills of design programs.
5. Good thinker, smart and have potential; must be able to plan ahead and calm under deadline pressure.
6. Must be absolutely trustworthy.

Job description:
DDI will be responsible for the learning and implementing the designer procedures of rkd retail/iQ.
a.DDI will be responsible for drawing construction documents, including interior, fixture bible and detail drawing.
b.Attend site meeting, and coordinate construction works.
